Clay Griggs has had an interesting journey with Good Guys. His humble beginnings trace back to early 2019. Clay joined the Good Guys Team as he was attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
He developed a glowing reputation among his fellow Moving Crew Members for being “Mr. Dependable”. So much so that in 2020, he received the Good Guy of the Year Award.
Clay’s story is shining example of how hard work and dedication can translate to upward mobility.
Once he graduated with a degree in Accounting, he stepped into the bookkeeping role at Good Guys.
But, office work has not stopped him from filling indispensable roles out in the field.
Customer Experience Specialist Donny Bryant says “he’s one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met at Good Guys”.
That rings true in a variety of ways. Clay is always ready to jump in where help is needed.
“He’s the first person to offer help, no matter what the job requires”, says Sales Manager Edie Saenz.
Operations Manager Ricky Saenz praises his daily contributions to company morale.
“Clay always has my back. He doesn’t hesitate anytime I need him. I love him long time.”
After travelling across the country in a Good Guys uniform, we’re so glad to see Clay grow into a role tailormade to his skillset.
